For our car garage in Mbalizi (Tanzania) we are looking for a

 Car Workshop Manager

(min 2 years)

 Your main tasks

• Managing the car workshop together with our Tanzanian leaders
• Customer Relationship Management by active assistance when making offers and invoices
• Advice and Overview of the spare parts orders
• Responsible for the spare parts store (managing the two Tanzanians who work there)
• Assisting in all business processes concerning the garage, including finance.

You have:

• A solid understanding of either Car mechanics or Business Administration
• Some Leadership experience
• Good English
• The willingness to learn Swahili, the language everybody speaks in TZ
• Your faith in Jesus Christ as the foundation of your live and motivation to come to Africa.
• The willingness to live on donations (if you come from overseas) or to accept a salary that’s below the industry’s standard as you are working for the church.
